C10: Design Thinking & Industrial Design

Aim:
To present your design idea effectively using visuals and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Poster or chart

  • Sketches or prototype

  • Notes or cue cards

Steps:

  1. Prepare a 2-minute talk answering these key questions:

    • What is the problem you’re solving?

    • Who is your design for?

    • Why does this solution matter?

    • What is your solution?

  2. Show your poster, sketches, prototype, or model during the pitch.

  3. Share any feedback you received from users and how it shaped your design.

  4. Practice your pitch with a group or the class.

Working:

This activity builds presentation skills, confidence, and the ability to communicate design thinking effectively.
