  1. What does “empathy” mean?
    Answer: Empathy means understanding and sharing another person’s feelings or experiences.
  2. Why is it important to interview someone before solving a problem?
    Answer: Because it helps us understand what the person really needs, so we can create a solution that is helpful to them.
  3. Give one question you can ask in an interview.
    Answer: “What small thing bothers you often?” (Other valid answers are acceptable based on the interview list.)
