  • Computer or tablet with internet access

  • Headphones or speakers

  • Notebook or worksheet

  • YouTube videos to watch:

    • “Drones Delivering Medicine”

    • “Rescue Drones in Action”

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Watch

Watch 2–3 short videos showing how drones are used in different fields.
Observe carefully: What is the drone doing? Who is it helping? How?

Step 2: Note Your Observations

Make a table like this in your notebook:

Drone Use

Purpose

Who It Helps

Interesting Fact

Farming Drone

Sprays fertilizer

Farmers

Works faster than tractors

Delivery Drone

Carries medicines

Patients in remote areas

Can fly 5 km in 10 minutes

Rescue Drone

Finds flood victims

Rescue teams

Has night vision camera

Step 3: Group Discussion

In small groups or pairs:

  • Share which drone job you found most inspiring or helpful.

  • Discuss why that drone job is important for society.

Step 4: Reflection Writing

Write 4–5 sentences in your notebook:

“If I had a drone, I would use it to…”
For example:
“If I had a drone, I would use it to check trees near our school after storms and help the gardener fix them safely.”

Optional Hands-On Extension

If you have access to a toy drone or flight simulator app, explore:

  • How to make it take off and land safely.

Observe how drone propellers create lift.
(Safety Note: Only fly drones under adult supervision in open spaces.)
