C6: Electrical Connection
  1. Current – The flow of electrons through a conductor (measured in amperes).

  2. Circuit – A complete path for current to travel.

    • Closed Circuit → Current flows, devices work.

    • Open Circuit → Current cannot flow, devices stop.

  3. Battery – Provides the energy that pushes electrons through the circuit.

  4. Switch – Device used to open or close the path of current.

Golden Rule:
Electricity always needs a closed path to flow.
