C6: Electronics – Switches and Logic Gates
  1. What is Automation?
Automation means using machines or circuits to do tasks on their own, without human help.

  2. What is a Sensor?
A sensor is a device that detects changes like light, sound, or movement. For example, an LDR senses how bright or dark it is.

  3. How Do Circuits Make Decisions?
Circuits make decisions using logic gates like AND and OR. They check inputs (like a button or sensor) and give an output (like turning ON a light).

  4. What is an AND Gate?
An AND gate only turns ON the output when both inputs are true (e.g., dark AND button pressed = light ON).
