  1. What is a code block?
    A visual piece of instruction that tells the Arduino what to do, like turning an LED on or off.

  2. What command turns an LED ON?
    Setting the pin to HIGH (e.g., set pin 13 HIGH).

  3. Why is delay important in blinking?
    It tells Arduino to wait before turning the LED off — otherwise, the blinking would be too fast to see.
