  1. How to systematically check your circuit when it doesn’t work

    • Instead of guessing, use a step-by-step approach: check power supply, component placement, and soldering.

    • Ask: Is everything connected correctly? Are the components facing the right direction?

  2. How to use a multimeter for basic circuit testing

    • A multimeter is a tool that helps measure voltage, resistance, and check continuity (whether electricity can flow through a wire or connection).

    • You’ll use the continuity mode to check if any wire or joint is broken inside.

  3. Common problems and how to fix them

    • Loose solder joints – fix them by resoldering.

    • Wrong component orientation – for LEDs or capacitors, check polarity.

    • Battery not connected properly – make sure it’s giving power.

    • Burnt components – replace them with new ones.
