C9: 3D Designing & 3D Printing

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

  1. Understand how 3D models represent real-world objects.
    Answer: 3D models act as digital blueprints for real products, helping designers visualize and refine ideas before production.

  2. Use basic modeling tools in Blender.
    Answer: Students will learn to use basic shapes (cubes, cylinders, spheres) along with the Scale and Extrude tools.

  3. Develop observation and design-thinking skills.
    Answer: Students will learn to observe details like size, proportion, and function, and translate them into digital models.
