Choose someone to interview (e.g., janitor, teacher, classmate).

Ask simple questions:

What do you do every day?

What tasks feel difficult, tiring, or annoying?

Write down their answers carefully.

Highlight any problems they mentioned.

Brainstorm 2–3 design ideas that could solve one of their problems.
