By making a payment to us — whether online, offline, or through any authorized channel — you agree to the terms described below.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments for workshops, training programs, consultation, or makerspace setup services must be made in full as per the invoice or program registration details.

• We accept payments through authorized methods such as bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or digital payment gateways.

• All payments are due before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law.

3. Refund Eligibility

a. Workshops, Training, and Educational Programs

• Refund requests made 7 days or more before the start date of a program are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

• Requests made within 7 days of the program start date may be eligible for a 50% refund, at the company’s discretion.

• Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Karkhana Makerspace.
  

b. Makerspace Setup or Consulting Services

• For consulting or setup projects, refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced, as services are customized and involve upfront costs.

• In the case of service termination before initiation, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting administrative and planning expenses.

c. Program Cancellation by Karkhana Makerspace

• If Karkhana Makerspace cancels or reschedules a program or workshop, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered either:
  

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer of the fee to a future session.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Registration or application fees (if specified)

• Service charges or payment gateway processing fees

• Any materials or resources provided digitally after purchase

5. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email [support@karkhana.co.in] with your name, payment reference, and reason for the request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

• Refund timelines may vary based on the bank or payment provider’s policies.

6. Payment Security

All payments are handled through secure and trusted platforms.

However, Karkhana Makerspace is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions or payment failures caused by third-party systems.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
