Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified deadlines. As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects that align with Karkhana’s company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and lessons learned.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Technical Industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP certification is a plus.
